Bioblend Conditioner and Cold Flow Improver

BIOTREAT is formulated to cope with potential problems associated with the blending of soy oil or other agri-based oils.

BIOTREAT permits direct and selective control of additive treatment - and in a variety of concentrations to facilitate handling.

BIOTREAT provides several functions deemed critical when diesel fuel or home heating oil is blended up to the typical 20% range with a soy oil or other vegetable-based product, including:


Providing cold flow protection by lowering the Pour Point and the Cold Filter Plugging Point to levels equal to or far better than that of the original oil distillate being used in the biodiesel blend --- and thereby avoiding probable gelling problems with biodiesel blends as temperatures fall below freezing
Maintaining overall product stability, integrity, and homogeneity
 
APPLICATION:  C & S recommends a treatment rate of:

One gallon BIODTREAT per every 1,000 - 10,000 gallons
of biodiesel or #2 bioheating oil.
