BURNER CLEANER represents an industry-recognized, proven method for the rapid on-site removal of soot without the need for dismantling.

BURNER CLEANER is a highly concentrated composition of proven, highly active soot combustion catalysts, wetting agents, penetrants, and solvents that work together to effectively provide these critical functions:


Rapidly purging the system of burner soot
Cleaning oil burner pumps, lines, strainers, and nozzles
Equally responsive on high pressure, low pressure, and vaporizing type burners
Usable on all steam boilers, recirculating hot water heating systems, and warm air furnaces
Ideal for cleaning hard to vacuum package boilers
 
APPLICATION:  Use 1 –2 pints BURNER CLEANER per 1 gallon nozzle rating.

Turn off burner switch and close oil line valve. Feed chemical into pump and let soak in strainer well for ten minutes. Turn burner on and run until chemical has been consumed. Turn on oil line reservoir valve, and fire until BURNER CLEANER in pump is consumed. Resume normal combustion process.
